By placing an order, the user declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
1. Purchase process
The products offered on this website may be purchased through the online purchase process. To do so, the user must select the items, add them to the cart and complete the form with billing, shipping and payment details. Once the order has been confirmed, an email with the purchase summary will be sent.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs will be indicated during the purchase process before the order is completed.
The accepted payment methods are:
- Credit or debit card.
- Bank transfer.
- Bizum, if enabled.
- Secure payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe, if available.
3. Shipping
Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times will depend on the destination and the type of product, especially in the case of made-to-order or personalised garments. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically and shown before confirming the purchase.
4. Returns and exchanges
a) Liturgical products
Returns of liturgical vestments, such as chasubles, stoles or dalmatics, are not accepted except in the following cases:
- Verified manufacturing defect.
- Size exchange for garments such as polo shirts or shirts.
This is because these garments are intended for sacred use and cannot be considered freely reusable items once delivered. In such cases, no direct refund will be issued. Instead, a voucher for the purchase value will be issued, redeemable on future purchases.
b) Shipping costs for size exchanges
If a size exchange is requested, the customer must bear the costs of:
- Sending the garment to our facilities.
- The new shipment with the corrected size.
c) How to request a return
The customer must contact us in advance at [email protected], indicating:
- Order number.
- Reason for the return or exchange.
- Photographs in case of defect.
Returns will not be accepted without prior communication.
5. Personalised products
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalised products or products expressly made to order, unless they present manufacturing defects.
6. Availability
The products offered are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed and offered an alternative or a refund of the corresponding amount.
7. Liability
Karelia Global S.L. shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, weather conditions, logistical incidents or carrier errors.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Zaragoza, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
