Information about production and shipping

Made-to-order religious items

At Karelia Arte Sacra, we specialise in religious articles and liturgical vestments. Due to the nature of many of our products, a large part of our vestments are made to order, as they may require adaptations, modifications or specific production processes in order to offer the best possible result.

The average production time is usually between 2 weeks and 1 and a half months, depending on the type of item, material availability and the level of customisation or production required.

Important: if you need an item urgently or for a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order. This way, we can confirm availability, estimated production time and the best option for your case.

Shipping time within mainland Spain

When an item is marked as “immediate shipping” or is available in stock, the usual delivery time within mainland Spain is 24/48 working hours from the moment the order is dispatched.

We work with different shipping companies and, when preparing each shipment, we select the carrier that offers the best delivery time and service for that order. This choice does not affect the shipping cost paid by the customer.

Shipping to islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipments to islands, Ceuta and Melilla are calculated according to the rates established for each destination area. The usual delivery time may be approximately between 15 and 20 days, although it may vary depending on the specific location and logistics process.

For destinations that require customs clearance, the customs release time must be added. This process is external to Karelia Arte Sacra and does not depend directly on us, so it may affect the final delivery time.

International shipping

We offer international shipping. The estimated delivery time is usually around 15 days, although it may vary depending on the country, destination area, carrier and any customs procedures.

Important: customs duties, import taxes, customs fees or any other charges applied by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These charges depend on each country’s regulations and may vary, so it is not always possible to know them in advance. If any import costs are generated, they must be paid by the recipient or importer when the goods arrive in the destination country.

The customs clearance or release time is also not included within the estimated transport time, as it is an external procedure managed by the relevant authorities.
